Warframe movement speed slowed in Duviri lone story

I was using zephyr on the lone story in duviri and noticed in both the undercroft and orowyrm fight that my warframe's animation speed was slowed. I was able to fix it once by going into operator and back into warframe but that trick didn't work any more after that. The slowed animations applied to movement and melee for sure, not sure about reload. I did not see a cold proc in my status bar.
