Controller (DualShock 4) stops working properly on entering Railjack controls, Duviri segments

My DS4 controller stops functioning properly at specific, repeatable moments in the game.

Whenever I start piloting my Railjack, as well as whenever I finish one of the six mission segments in Duviri, my motion input on both sticks stops being recognized. I can still use all the other buttons.

This happens 100% of attempted recreations of the bug.

I can mitigate both problems by either exiting and re-entering Railjack controls, or by mounting and dismounting my Kaithe.

During the Kullervo fight, this would happen at the beginning of every phase, and after the stab animation of his summoned adds.

 

While the problem is somewhat solvable every time, it still massively hinders process and has killed me a few times as well.
