[Suggestion] Duviri Circuit, end of round, continue or leave choice delay changes.

Between the rounds in the Duviri Circuit, I've notice a lot of people love to grief by waiting till the very last second and then leaving, resulting in a one player ending up having to solo.
This could be prevented by making it add 5 seconds when someone changes their mind, thus you can't force someone into solo mode.

Of course, if a person change their mind twice, then it wouldn't add 5 seconds again.
