I can't buy platinum from the market (PS5)

I received a 75% bonus platinum coupon and I'd like to use it.
However, when I try to purchase platinum from the market-get platinum-3210 platinum+triple rare mods and clicking the purchase button, it immediately shows a message saying "Cannot purchase this item now."

My PSN account is Japanese account. I'm unable to purchase any of the platinum packs. Furthermore, about Regal Aya pack and premium bundles, I can directly navigate from the in-game store page to the PS Store for purchases.
I've reinstalled the game, but there has been no change. Additionally, I install the PS4 version warframe, but still can't purchase platinum.
I asked some friends who are also PS5 players, they also had experienced the same issue.

I have already asked WARFRAME Support, but I haven't received any helpful answers so far.

I try to buy platinum from the market-get platinum-press R3 to go to PS Store and buy platinum, it work and i get bonus platinum now!

have you tried from the psn store(out of game), since your using a new coupon (in beta) there might be conflicting issues trying to get plat ingame (between DE and psn).

if i understand the bonus plat will be given when you login through inbox message
