Some way to make Kinetic Plating more visible

The effect when it's on is so subtle I can't see it, and I need to be able to see it to use Akarius (due to the multi-year unpatched bug where it has HUGE self stagger radius). Is there some setting or color choice I cane make to allow me to see the ability effect?

If the cd on the ability bar is up, the ability is up as well. If there is no timer/cd numbers, the ability is down.

Oh that's what that is, that bug is why I haven't bothered farming Acceltra.  Don't need to be dealing with being staggered from hitting a dude on the other side of the map.

As for the topic, I think there's enough visual and audio cues to tell you it's up already.
