Charm + rank 0 Fetch bug.

I was farming dojo pigments and wanted to reduce my loot range to avoid picking them up without the charm buff.

If using a rank 0 fetch then the charm icons come up on the screen but they do not work. Loot is not doubled, reload is not instant and energy is not refunded.

Not using fetch or using a max rank fetch then charm works as intended.

It's very consistent for me,
