matchmaking and playing with friends: it'd be nice if this were more fluid.

currently, while you can pre-make a squad or partial squad with friends, once they join they are treated the exact same by the game as random joins in public missions.

this means that if you want to play with a singular friend on public (for example doing relic missions), after each mission you need to A: wait for those randoms to leave your squad or B: leave the squad and re-invite your friend.

next to this, when leaving a relay or other social space (cetus, fortuna, necralisk, etc) you leave your squad as well, including your friend! which means that if you need to rejoin every time you need to switch to a different area.

in my opinion, the following things should be implemented:

>the game tags players who were invited so they can be differentiated from randoms.

>an option in settings to automatically leave randoms at the end of the mission, both so they can't pull you into a new mission (which is an issue on slower loading machines) and so you don't have to wait for them to leave or completely reform your party

>a "leave with squad" option next to the "leave squad" button, that starts a vote to leave the social space or squad while staying with the people you invited.

invited squads should be significantly more persistent than random squads. if im playing with a friend i don't want to have to re-invite them after every match.
