[PC] Tauforged Shard bug in Netracell upon obtaining as mission reward

Hello,

Upon running 5x Netracell I finally got a TAUFORGED Crimson Shard. Then visiting the Helminth, I only got 1 NORMAL Crimson Shard. Not Tauforged (as the mission rewarded me).
I would like to report this as a bug, also would like to obtain my TAUFORGED Crimson Shard as running 5x this Netracell is not just for fun, I farmed it just to get 1 Tauforged shard.
