Lost all platinum on my main account

I set my main account which is my switch account containing 1400 platinum as y primary account when I merged to use that account on pc and everything seems to have transfered over except I lost all the platinum

Sorry dude. They listed in the faq that Platinum purchased on the switch does not transfer over. You have Nintendo to blame for that unfortunately.

Hi. My main account is nintendo switch and it has 1514 plat. When i link it to pc. The plat was not in the pc. Im confused because my friend has switch main account and linked pc, his plat are there. Please assist us resolving the issue

they are still there if you login on switch. After I merged first pc and psn, psn primary then merging that primary to switch and keeping psn primary everything transferred over but console exclusives for each console are only able to be accessed on that platform you play. Switch items like opal and plat are tied to switch only. Xbox, PSN and pc have universal platinum. You have two different wallets now.

So if you play on nintendo switch after merging all plat and exclusive switch items will be there and on switch. Playstation and xbox items will be there when you login on those platforms.

The plat is not shareable between platforms. You didn't lose the platinum. Just make sure you login to the switch then the platinum should still be there.
