Merging accounts while incubating a pet MAY lock you out of using pets entirely

I recently (just yesterday when it became available to me) merged my accounts, Primary being a LR3 NSW account, with a MR4 PC account that was at the [howl of the Kubrow] quest, incubating a kubrow, during which i merged. That is where the bug occurred, since I already had an active pet on my Primary account and the process got interrupted(?) on my PC account that now locked me out of using *ANY* of my pre-existing pets or even trying to finish the incubation, since I have a kubrow roaming my orbiter and i cannot access the incubator without getting kicked right back out again.

Or to sum up what may have messed things up so it may end up getting fixed (because i really would like to be able to use my smeeta or Lotus print kubrow):
When you have an incubation going and decide to merge accounts, that just breaks things, so wait with it.

I have the same issue. I can equip robots but not pets.

There's 2 more hours till there out for the next 10 days, Hopefully it gets resolved or yall will have to deal with it till next year

Same problem here. Mine is PC main merged with NSW. The outcome is the same.

Yup I've got the same thing. Just merged my MR23 PC (main) with my MR16 PS4 account. RIP using my smeeta ;-;

I have this problem as well. But I for sure know that I had nothing incubating on ANY of my accounts. So it don’t think it’s because u had something incubating. Weirdly my cat still follows me around but isn’t actually “equipped”

Yep, the exact issue here. No problem with sentinel or any robotic, but those filthy... orgaic things... When equiping one of them, it's show a warning about the incubator, but when I try to open the incubator, the menu closes automaticaly just after I open it. I guess it's already too late cause the hollydays, but well, a couple of weeks without those wont hurt anyone

Coming back to this now, I logged in today to have an unclaimed pet in my incubator. I claimed it, and now I can use my other pets again.
