Inbox opens after each mission and arrival

Since the latest update , i am told I have unread messages and inbox keeps opening up automatically after getting to a relay, getting back to my orbiter after each single mission, etc. its been a couple of weeks of this . Sometimes my character doesn’t respond and freezes randomly during regular public missions. Also, this other bug isn’t new : I go to Deimos alone in private mode or friends only mode. I get great loot like fass residue, minerals, and last night again I got to the door and the game crashed. I lost everything, this isn’t the first time this happens on this mission ( Free roam Deimos, single player ). This happened months ago too. 
Also just now : I turned in sacrifice to Red Veil and closed I the window without choosing the ranking up reward, bc I wanted to make sure I chose the right thing . When I open it seconds later , I have the rank 3 but no way to claim the reward anymore .
