My weapon doesn't do polar transformation

My bare gill blade can't do polar transformation, the game says it can't be reconfigured, and the amount claimed is not charged. My weapons are max out, all the mods have been removed, and even the game has been rebooted, which still keeps me from converting, and I need your help

Hello @RX1208,

You want to change a polarity by applying a FORMA. So you need :

1. Weapon rank max 30 (a bit more for tenet and kuva ones)
2. Having a Forma in your inventory or build one after having a Forma blueprint.
3. To apply a Forma, go to the Arsenal and select the desired Weapon's Mod loadout.
4. Select Action at the bottom of the screen,
5. then choose Polarize, which will show all available types of Forma to choose from (the yellow one).
6. Click on a slot to cycle through the possible polarities. (one change per forma)

It sounds like they're having some sort of issue communicating to the server so it can make the changes on their account info to save the polarity and remove a forma from their inventory.
