Tennogen skin and head skin buy

Hello I'm first a Pc player for Warframe and all skin or helmet skin tennogen cost some money with steam but I saw on my friends Ps5 we can buy them with platinum. So I connect my Pc account to the Ps5 account, to buy Nidus Technocyst skin and Khora Fiera helmet for a total maybe of 270 platinum on my 585 maybe not really sure how much exactly I have at that moment. But, when I came back on my Pc play a bit of Warframe with those two I find no one of them and my platinum is now at 310 aproximatly. I just want to know if I did something I shoudn't or is just syncronisation problem I don't know. So please can I at least have back my plat I'll don't do it again if I wasn't suppose to do it.
