So I've recently come back to the game and I've encountered this issue where I won't hear NPCs if I'm talking to them directly (like in the first picture) or if I'm facing them while standing. I hear them as if I'm turned away from them. Only when I turn around and don't look at said NPC (picture 2), I can hear them talk clearly.
I've checked sound settings, but I may have overlooked something. I changed the output so now it sounds better than before (I couldn't hear them either way before). Anyone has an idea of what's up?
