I guess either or both with max health and / or Ability Strength. Make Sandstorm move faster if I hold down the sprint button. Make Scarab Shell's health drain rate scale with casting speed. Like Harrow's Thurible. Make the armour gain also scale with max health. Make Scarab Swarm's chance to apply Corrosive status increased by Ability Strength and / or max health. Like Saryn's Spores.
