My war frame alias

Hi there I’m not sure if one the only person having this problem but I am a new player playing on console (Xbox) hence my in game name is tied to my Xbox name the issue I hav is that after enabling cross save so I can trade with my friends and join their clan I noticed my Alias stayed my pc account which has made trading difficult especially on warframe market as my listings only show my pc game name (Alias) and not my console Alias which is the active one if that makes sense and when I go to change man it says I new at least 200 plat to change it hence I’m in a dilemma as I hav a tons of things I can’t use wok about 90-100 plat that I cannot trade but needing to change my Alia high has only become a problem because I’m now a cross save player. I hav put a request with support but have been ignored hence I dunno what to to an honestly is kinda turning m of from the game as a new player.
