Sanctum Anatomica Disruption door won't unlock

Door is bugged and will not unlock after using cipher or manually solving puzzle in disruption bounty mode in sanctum anatomica. Here's what I observed

1. All doors including puzzle doors like electric tower puzzle fail to open as well when encountering this bug

2. It happens even if on solo, invite only, friends only or on public

3. The starchart disruption node does not do this so it's just the bounty mode

4. Leaving squad does not fix it for others

5. No of times encountered is every time (~mebbe 14 times) over the last 2 days https://imgur.com/a/3AK4SWY

This may be a secret room. You need to press certain buttons or take different route and open it from the other side.

Chances are the corridor to the mission is on completely different side.

This is not a secret room. This is just the entrance to the disruption mission type. You mess with the console next to it and the door unlocks. OPs issue is the door will not unlock
