Shard Bane Ephemera color not matching installed shards on Arsenal screen

The Shard Bane Ephemera somehow shows shard colors and number that were equipped on a indifferent Warframes in the Arsenal screen. This visual bug is isolated to the Arsenal screen.

This is reproducible when you switch between Warframes that has the Shard Bane Ephemera equipped in the Arsenal screen.

After exiting the Arsenal screen, the Shard Bane Ephemera will show the correct shard colors and number of shards.
