Clan doesn't show the request to join notes

Whenever we have people requesting to join my clan, we noticed that we cannot see the notes that they put in. This has been happening for a week at least. (I'll insert an image in the future with the next join requests.) It does not change either with how much people are requesting, sometimes we had 10 members and could not see any of them either.

the same thing has been happening for my clan, is really frustrating since we use the request system as a main method of recruiting and the note is the only way of knowing if the people requesting speak the same language
