Did Not Receive Promoted Item in a Warframe Bundle.

My account is Eauverte.  I wanted the new Stynax Tonatiuh Collection when it first came out in March.  I did not have enough platinum to purchase this collection at that time.  However, I did have enough platinum to gift to a friend the shield decoration for the orbiter.  It stated that if anyone wanted to gift a friend this shield decoration that the one who did the purchase would in return get the same item gifted to them.  If there was a time limit to do this, I did this transaction within that time limit.  I have not yet received my gift of that item and it has basically been a month now.  I even went to the extent of telling my friend to except the gift so I would receive my portion of the transaction.  Still no gift was given to me in this transaction.  My friend has theirs but I don't have mine.   What do I do?  Please let me know or at least correct this issue and give me my gift also.
