Missing weapons when entering Sanctum Labs/Zariman Missions

I've been getting a glitch where about 40-50% of the time, when I load into a mission on the Sanctum Labs or the Zariman from the bounty starting area(s), it does not give me any of my weapons or my companion when I enter the mission area. I have been able to "fix" this by calling down my Archgun at which point my companion appears, and then when I drop it or run out of ammo, my normal weapon load-out appears. This does not happen if I join a mission from my orbiter, but it is a frequent glitch when entering missions from the sanctuary areas.
