Can't create topics in platform sections of linked accounts.

I'm a PC player that just linked nintendo switch to his PC account. It's not letting me create a bug report topic in the nintendo switch section of the bug report forum.

As for the bug I was trying to report... my nintendo switch has a snapped off left joystick so I have no choice but to use a wireless controller. Although my PowerA brand wireless controller can interact with the game it inexpiably just turns off after any single input except for the menu buttons practically. The controller has had basically not much in the way of issues outside of warframe so I know its in decent shape. This controller turn off bug however basically makes the game unplayable for me unless I purchase a new nintendo switch.
