Make Voidshells available to Tennogen creators

So, this obviously wouldn't become available until all the official Voidshell skins (or at least a significant portion of them) are released, but I think it would be a great idea to allow the Tennogen community to create their own Voidshell skins, as the potential for new skins like this is nearly unlimited, using the Voidshell framework to create new and more intricate skins, as, while the stock Voidshells are nice, having them be the default skin for a frame can be pretty hard to work with. Anyone feel free to let me know your thoughts below! I myself am not a Tennogen creator, but I do think there are some amazingly talented Tennogen creators out there that could do a lot with the Voidshell concept, and am eager to see where they could take this!

Big +1, I hate the texture/color layouts of the Voidshells as is. Idk who's nephew they got blackmailed into letting design them, but I would absolutely trust the Tennogen community more with their production.
