Simulacrum Expansion Idea - Ability to Simulate Missions in Simulacrum?

I figured it would be a fun addition to the game if there were some sort of Access Key we could buy from Simaris, that would server as an expansion on the Simualcrum system. The way it would work is rather simple.

Step One: After purchasing the Simulacrum Access Key from Simaris, another Access Key would become available (perhaps called the "Starchart Databank Access Key" or something of that matter)
Step Two: Whenever you complete a mission-Node 1-3 times, that counts as a "Scan" of that mission node, making it available in the Starchart Databank
Step Three: From the Starchart Databank Menu (likely an expansion on the Simulacrum Console, or it's own Console Entirely), you'd be able to run simulations of Mission Nodes you've completed, but with Simulacrum levels of creativity/customization.

(Want to run Hieracon, Pluto, but with a lower/higher enemy level or enemy density? Sure. You want to switch the enemy type to Grineer? By all means. It's your program to simulate, after all.)

What Practical Benefits would this serve? Likely little-to-none, it would simply be a fun alternative for those Tenno who may want to mess about with goofy/fun build ideas, those who may just want to mix enemy/environment types together to experiment, and for those few who may prefer the dynamics of the game itself at lower-levels, but then find themselves limited to how much content they can truly experience.
