d1771Hd Posted Monday at 03:19 PM Share Posted Monday at 03:19 PM (edited) I'm not sure which hotfix changed enemy spawns in Ascension, but I miss the chaos that used to occur the first couple of days of the operation once you made it to the final platform. I understand it may have been too chaotic causing some problems, but enemies now rarely spawn on the final platform now making the final push feel lackluster. Before the enemy spawn changes, enemies would spawn in the hallway and all along both sides of the final platform. Now, you might get 2-4 enemies that spawn in the front 2 corners once outside, but then that's it as you watch the orb make it uncontested to the finish. Some will keep spawning in the hallway if you just stay in there, but overall it just doesn't feel as fun looking back at how it was when enemies just kept spawning until you completed the mission. Just my opinion. Wondering if anyone else felt the same. Video of final platform enemy spawns, or lack thereof. *SP Belly of the Beast.
