Extreme Stuttering

Came back after a small break (January 2024-July 2024). When I left the game ran flawlessly on my PC. Upon return it is now a stuttering mess. Every few seconds there is a stutter that lasts 1-4 seconds. On missions, in ship, in relays. It also affects cursor movement. I have tried everything available to me to resolve the issue. Here is what I have done:

Reverted to previous driver used when last playing.

Updated GPU drivers to most current after previous reversion failed.

Factory reset GPU after both previous options failed.

Tweaked numerous video settings in game one at a time to limit variables.

Checked windows for updates (none currently).

Reverted entire PC from backup from January (last time game was stable) after above failed.

Tried disabling shader cache.

Tried running on Direct x 12 and 11.

Optimized and verified download.

uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Disabled all background applications and booting Warframe.

Disabled numerous settings in Adrenalin.

Enabled numerous settings in adrenalin.

Disabled windows gaming mode.

Enabled windows gaming mode.

None of the above made a difference.

For full information, PC specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5700x

GPU: AMD Radeon 6800xt

Motherboard: MSI b550

RAM: 32 gb ddr4 @ 3200mhz

no overclocking or under-volting. I searched and saw I am not the only person with this issue but nothing specific to my GPU as other people had varying GPU's some Nvidia, Some AMD, varying generations, both have had issues. Any help in this matter is appreciated.

Ive been having the same issues, though for at LEAST a week now.

though the CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX and the GPU is an Nvidia 4080 mobile/laptop. (laptop is a Scar Strix 17)

memory is 64gb @ 5200 MHz.

No other game suffers like this. Starfield used to, until they had their most recent update and its been fine since.

I dont see any memory leaks, so its not ram related apparently.

Sorry to hear but also glad to hear it's not just an issue isolated to me or a specific GPU manufacturer.

Ouch. Sorry to hear. Hopefully we can gain some traction and someone can either point us to a fix or investigate the problem.

Just launched this game today and there was an update and the problem seems to have been resolved. Buttery smooth now. Issues been resolved for you both?
