How about a Seasons themed Warframe?

A Warframe based on the four seasons!

Each of their four abilities transforms them reflect the relevant season, and gives an ability that activates on attack with guns or melee, infused with one of the four base elemental damage types.

Spring: The stormy season, lightning strikes your targets.

Summer: Heat, obviously. A scorching sun floating above the frame blasts your targets with rays of heat.

Fall: For the season of mushrooms, toxin. Toxin coated leaves swirl around you, protecting you and damaging those that get too close. The leaves have a fairly long duration, 20 seconds or so, as they act as the primary defense skill for the frame and can follow you through many transformations.

Winter: Cold, of course. A short range vortex of cold is projected in the direction you aim for a short duration after you attack.

Passive: Stacking Elemental Weapon damage that changes along with your season/s. Each time you transform, you gain a stack for a certain duration. This further encourages frequent changing.

Now here's the fun part: When you activate one of your abilities to transform, energy is consumed, and there's a short transition period where the abilities and their elements mix!

Going from summer to winter or vice versa inststantly transforms all heat or cold procs (up to 10 total) on enemies struck into blast procs for a big kaboom! Both the sun and vortex inflict blast procs for a short while!

Spring combined with fall is a corrosive fiesta!

Winter and spring makes magnetic, and so on!

Your starting season would be based on emission color, like Chroma.

Since abilities activate on attack, and the doubled up power of the combined forms encourages frequent switching, and the passive stacks, this frame would have a very active playstyle.

Of which planet?

Might seem like a simple answer, but bear in mind that we go all over the solar system, so "seasons" can be a surprisingly subjective thing in that regard.
