Here's your chance to earn a place of honor on the Star Chart and share your Clan's creations with the entire Warframe community. What Are Showcased Dojos? Every quarter, a new set of seven to eight exceptional Dojos will be featured on the Star Chart, accessible to all Tenno. Selected by the Warframe team and special guest judge InSaNePuPz, from Clan Corruption Inc, these Dojos will showcase the best in design and creativity. Share your Dojo with us, and it could be the next on the Star Chart! True Cross-Play Submission Pool Submissions will be open to all platforms and judged together. Don’t worry, we know going up against a veteran clan might be daunting. That's why we have a category that prioritizes dojos that haven’t been represented on the Star Chart yet. Read on! New Submission Slots: Each month, we’ll feature seven to eight Dojos on the Star Chart: 5 Ascendants: Dojos that have been featured on the Starchart before 1 All Star: A Dojo that has been featured as an Ascendant before 1-2 Emergents (New Category): Dojos that are submitting to the contest for the first time or come from platforms that haven’t been represented in the current Ascendant selection. Show us your Dojo’s best! We recommend uploading images to a host website like Imgur and sharing the link. Video tours must not exceed 3 minutes. We recommend uploading video to a host website like YouTube and sharing the link. If more than 10 photos are submitted, only the first 10 images will be considered Dojo theme and presentation must be appropriate for the community forums Write your submission in whatever language is most comfortable to you! Make sure it is posted in the official English contest thread. Submissions posted elsewhere won’t be seen. Do not reserve spots in the official contest thread Submissions that do not follow these rules will be disqualified Many dojos have inside jokes and hidden rooms--please share with [de]ronnie on the forums if you would like to leave instructions on how to access such rooms on stream Please keep in mind that, if your Dojo is selected, all players will be able to access your Clan Dojo while it is on the Star Chart! Prizes: Prizes will remain the same for Ascendant and All Star Dojos. Emergent Dojos will receive a Clan Tier Decoration and the equivalent of the 1st place resource bundle according to their Clan Tier. Rules for Featured Dojos Given the number of players who will visit, we have a different standard for content in Dojos showcased on the Star Chart than we do for Dojos that aren't open to everyone. We may ask selected Clans to make small changes to their Dojos for the time they are featured based on the following: Nothing vulgar or offensive can be included in Dojos while they are featured on the Star Chart Star Chart Ascendants can only increase their Clan Tier while being featured on the Star Chart. Clans who disregard these rules while their Dojo is on the Star Chart will have their Dojos removed from the Star Chart. If deemed necessary, increased disciplinary action will also be taken Instead of awarding the top spots month by month (1st place in Month 1, 2nd place in Month 2, and so on), we’ll randomly select dojos from all placements, making the Star Chart thrilling and unpredictable all season long. How We Select Dojos Phase 1: After submissions close, a group of Warframe Community Team members and the round’s Guest Judge will take one week to review all submissions. This process includes: Organizing all submissions by contest category. Confirming submissions obeyed the rules listed above. Phase 2: Once preparations are complete, the selection process begins! We begin by narrowing down submissions to top submissions. The team looks for two traits above all in this process: creativity and quality. Creativity: We love unique designs! Whether your decorating style focuses on small details or big structures, we appreciate the creativity you put into your work. Please keep in mind that original designs are prioritized. If you are making an exact replica of another room please add 'replica' or 'recreation' to the room title and credit the original designer. (*Dojo rooms reported to be direct copies of another Dojo are reviewed by DE) Quality: Only filling a room with decorations will not secure your victory when there’s stiff competition! Be thoughtful about how you choose to place decorations. The best Dojos we’ve seen have conveyed stories and themes. Make the decorations your own! Phase 3: Community Team members and the Guest Judge will closely review and compare top submissions a second time to select those that will be featured on the Star Chart. During this stage of the process, additional factors are considered: The number of times the Dojo has been showcased on the Star Chart. Dojos that have not been showcased many times on the Starchart are given priority. If a Dojo has been featured before but is continually adding new builds and details, it will be considered. Dojos that have been selected as Star Chart All Stars in the past are not eligible to be selected for that category again. Large structures are impressive, but keep in mind that small details set winning submissions apart from top submissions. Focus on creating an immersive atmosphere with details we can’t ignore. The intention was to build the most realistic and closest to original design Tumbler possible. This is the result. I chose to build this Batmobile in the basement of our Dojo, because I wanted to focus solely on the Tumbler and nothing else. This was an experiment to see how far I could push decorations. I made this in a way that if DE wanted, they could take it and make it an in-game vehicle XD Good luck to everyone! Note to DE: if we get lucky and are featured, and you decide to visit during a LIVE stream, please keep the following in mind: 1. Dojo has a minimalist design, only six destinations using the transporter 2. Easy to navigate if you read your way around ;) 3. Follow the signs to see the Batmobile 4. Please use the STARGATE to go to the other rooms (I know ya'll gave us a wheel, but I built the Stargate specifically to be the point from which visitors check out places outside the MAIN DOJO, using transporters.) 5. (I'll link the solution at the end if needed) - Hyperbolic Time Chamber – the interior is a large 360° white room - Abandoned Space Station – 3 floors, many tunnels, passages, and details - Trading Room – I'll remove the Discord link and replace the Stalker statue if they're an issue - Cafe - The cube on the left is a small secret room with posters - Snowy Ziggurat – Interior explorable - Council Room - Still decorating each time a member donates a decoration by adding their name to it <3 Each room is designed to pique the visitor's curiosity and encourage exploration. While the transporters offer a great view of the room, you can tell there's more to discover if you explore. Everything is set in a very simple dojo layout with large signs. I've fixed every glitch I found. More rooms in video, even more in the dojo. The dojo is easily explorable. Warp portal isn't mandatory since we don't have too many rooms and/or a confusing layout. Fast travel isn't mandatory since we don't have too many warp locations. We made sure non decorated rooms (like reactors and other unused/non essential content) to be hidden from sight, when warping or fast traveling you will not enter them by mistake. While the dojo is heavily decorated, the goal is mainly to showcase clan members (and other players) what they played and achieved, each room is a trip down memory lane due to events and certain updates, as such we showcase the clan itself, a reflection of what we did. While unintended, rooms are less prone to visual glitches (like unusual shadows) We have a unique Tenet panel decoration. Unlike many featured dojos, you will not enter empty rooms that signify you are in the wrong area of the dojo. We did not purchase (via favors, plat, patreon benefits) any sort of decoration service, the rooms resources and looks are done via it's clan members. Likewise members of the clan are not responsible for decorating other featured dojos. Also, dojo not visited by Rebbeca&Megan in Primetime In previous contest due to assuming they had already visited it. @[DE]Ronnie Spoiler Dojo contains a unique sized tenet panel, likely the only one in all dojos. To access, simply fast travel to "crimson branch" or take the warp at spawn and warp to "supplies and repair", from there enter the crimson branch room. The panel also contains a message in binnary form, by decyphering it may lead you somewhere. (it does comply with guidelines, but you can verify ahead of time) In the pictures you should be able to see the "orokin memories room", a small room containing all the current clan members, alongside the clan Foundation date, just like warframe celebrated it's 10th birthday, our clan is now also celebrating it's 10th year. Bash Lab can be accessed via fast travel, but the idea was to somehow mimic the fortuna aspect of it, if you walk or warp into the "repair and supplies" room, there is an adjacent small room with some unique decorations, but the entrance to the bash lab is there, one of the blue panels does not contain a wall, as such the hidden research lab can be entered. Ascention decoration for the clan is placed in a duviri room, to access it, upon arriving to the dojo, do a 180º turn and then just move forward until you reach the ascention Garden (note that we are talking about the lenght of 3 rooms, none particularly big, it is walkable), from there simply search for a big contruction in the duviri room. This room is decorated pretty much everywhere with homes (the idea being that each one belongs to 1 clan member), signs, lamp posts, a bridge and even a cemetery (the idea being that it represents fallen comrades) The vault contains a visual representation of the resources of the clan without accessing the menu itself, this is a manual procedure and as such it only gives an idea to clan members, not accurate numbers. The Executive Lounge (a recent addition to the dojo) can be accessed by entering the "orokin memories room" and just heading to the back of it The Railjack Command Center can be either warped into or you can just use parkour to climb upwards until you enter. Rooms may have indication on what rooms you're visiting or where some rooms can be found, i doubt anyone will get lost in this dojo, but players can walk to the railjack portion of the dojo easily and the signs may help out. Spoiler I can understand the feeling, someone trying to use stuff they saw and making their own, it's obvious some decorators feel as if they MUST BE CREDITED even if their services weren't requested to begin with. The issue here is that it doesn't technically break any of the guidelines, the clan saw something they liked and they tried doing something similar, with the resources from their own members and so all their effort comes crumbling down with comments from users who have this mental catalog of who did what and where. Is that fair to you? Should the clan be stripped of any work they did just because they liked some designs? What if the designs here are better or improved? My main question is simple, there were situations in the past where users may have presented work which was their own, but was made in other clan's dojos upon request (the excallibur statue one for example) and when DE made some contest requesting specifically that the work needs to be in the clan they are in, some ppl tried to sneak in the contest with the work they did elsewhere. When users mentioned this sneaky behavior, the original poster, not only got upset but members of certain communities got upset aswell (as if you couldn't pin point the issue) and then the poster decided to tag the post as a joke, something that wasn't done with the intent to win. If you have this catalog to call out on users, where were you exactly to pinpoint out the users breaking the guidelines with their entry? Are you making a comment out of genuine concern or you doing the comment because it is convinient? I'm not defending anyone here, i don't copy abstract contructions made from random decorations, but i find that comments like yours only appear towards very specific users and in this case guidelines weren't even broken, my recomendation for players would be not to copy to much, not because it's not allowed, but because some users will use that against certain specific clans and/or users. The issue here is that it doesn't technically break any of the guidelines, the clan saw something they liked and they tried doing something similar, with the resources from their own members and so all their effort comes crumbling down with comments from users who have this mental catalog of who did what and where. Is that fair to you? Should the clan be stripped of any work they did just because they liked some designs? What if the designs here are better or improved? My main question is simple, there were situations in the past where users may have presented work which was their own, but was made in other clan's dojos upon request (the excallibur statue one for example) and when DE made some contest requesting specifically that the work needs to be in the clan they are in, some ppl tried to sneak in the contest with the work they did elsewhere. When users mentioned this sneaky behavior, the original poster, not only got upset but members of certain communities got upset aswell (as if you couldn't pin point the issue) and then the poster decided to tag the post as a joke, something that wasn't done with the intent to win. If you have this catalog to call out on users, where were you exactly to pinpoint out the users breaking the guidelines with their entry? Are you making a comment out of genuine concern or you doing the comment because it is convinient? I'm not defending anyone here, i don't copy abstract contructions made from random decorations, but i find that comments like yours only appear towards very specific users and in this case guidelines weren't even broken, my recomendation for players would be not to copy to much, not because it's not allowed, but because some users will use that against certain specific clans and/or users.
