Sagas vigil bugging out

So I’m trying to help my friend play the game and we’ve finished majority of earth we see that we have to do saya’s vigil , we talk to konzu then saya like we need to and he’s expecting a single player mission to start , nope instead he gets out into a free roam with a squad and it happens at every attempt he’s even closed app and restarted his game multiple times hoping for a different outcome. If anyone had a solution I would appreciate it.

Confirming this should have been fixed with yesterday's hotfix. The quest is Solo-Only so if you go to Cetus in a squad, it sends you to the wrong mission when going into the Plains. They should be able to talk to Konzu now (solo) without issue and progress the Quest!
