Ivara Navigator and Glaives

Navigator paired with glaives is mostly nonfunctional as of recently, though not sure exactly when it started. Namely alt fire wont pop the glaive while being controlled, and (while probably not a bug but pretty annoying nonetheless) they currently move dreadfully slow anymore (this is new) and where holding fire would automatically speed it up, glaives just get instantly recalled (not new)

Might be helpful to note, I play on controller via the official WF Steam-input config

I used to use that combo all the time for the damage multiplier on Navigator but after a while coming back to it, the ability as a whole just seems to not work with Glaives where it should

Also a side note, still noticing some issues with dual wielding incarnons not always showing the reticle properly or consistently depending on how you swap into the secondary
