[bug] Cannot make progress on incarnon objectives while in public lobbies

I am unable to make progress on non-solo incarnon objectives while i am in a public lobby. if i need 100 kills with incarnon form i have to go into a solo lobby to make any progress. i think that if i am the host of the public lobby that i can make progress there too. 

 

worthy notes: i recently got a steam deck and receive a NAT type error that correlates with 2 people playing warframe at the same time. this happens after i close WF on my desktop then get in bed and log on on my steam deck within 5-10 minutes.
