I recently discovered a Glyph from an ex-Warframe partner called SummerYuko, since they're not an partner anymore I'd like to know if it was still possible to obtain this glyph

You may try to ask (DM) author of this thread, who even though encountered problems, still was able to obtain it:

But likely not, seeing as she is ex-partner, likely due to her practices described in this thread and a few others.

I eventually got it. I just kept tuning on her streams. I ended up sending her a month of Twitch Prime (you get 1 to give away monthly from Amazon Prime Subscription) Hard to set up as she's Chinese so different Timezones for me. She eventually PMed me the code to redeem in the website/in-game Promo Code Section.
