Kahl's Junk Run | Black Screen + Unable to Move/Quit?

In a mission I was running for Junk Run, I believe I got stuck on some terrain/water, which made the screen turn black -- instead of resetting to a previous spot I was in, I'm stuck and unable to move, and if I move around, I can vaguely see my surroundings and UI. I've tried using /unstuck but it doesn't seem to work, and I can't access the menu to quit because I'm perpetually in the state of "falling out of bounds" without moving. I've tried moving and doing nothing to let the enemies kill me to reset, but it looks like they're not strong enough/I'm in a spot where they can't touch me.
