ESO Freeze

Twice this weekend I have been in ESO on the corpus outdoor ice stage, following a host migration(after the 2nd stage, this is the 3rd) when the portal appears my whole screen foes gold. Not a solid color but what you'd expect if you were clipping into something and the camera is zoomed into the interior of an object. Can still cast abilities, use weapons. Can't move or get out. Timer for portal runs out but lvl does not end. Just stuck on screen. Can pause but cannot select any options. Cannot quit level, have to close game from home screen. Lose all progress, super annoying. I play eso everyday to farm parts and haven't had this happen until this weekend. 

 

   Earlier Friday, before this happened, I loaded into eso with random squad and the portal was unenterable. We were all stuck on the first entry area. Host migration, quitting rejoining did not help. Since then been having issues.
