I still have a cosigned kubrow in my inventory that i cant use

I wanted to reach out regarding a Kubrow I co-signed over 4 years ago. After recently returning to the game (due to my xbox breaking), I noticed it's still in my inventory but not appearing in the selection menu for companions. Since I can’t select it, I can’t cosign it either.

I’m not sure if this is a known issue or if it’s specific to my account, as I haven’t found any information online. With the upcoming changes to animal companions, I’d appreciate any guidance you can offer.

uh so yeah made a new kubrow in preparation for komi and the five fates and now that cosigned kubrow that was missing is now in my companion select so it kind just fixed itself so yeah now i have another kubrow for wednesday sweet.
