Sahasa Kubrow doesn't use dig when enemy is nearby

Even with Elusive Posture that prevents kubrow from attacking and forces them to use their abilities, Sahasa kubrow will refuse to use his Dig ability as long as even a single enemy is in certain range.

The range is quite far, from my testing it is reaches up to 40 - 50m.

This bug is not related to the bug where dog abilities stop functioning with bond mods - I unequipped all his mods except Dig and he still refuses to use it.
