i cant sprint health has gone down significantly

i just logged in and i was gonna do what i always do but for some reason i cant sprint/run it moves slowly and my health, shield and damage has gone down in a big way 

is there something i did wrong or is there something else going on?

can someone help please

ps: i tried changing warframes weapons and mods etc etc but nothing works.. shutting down and restarting my ps5 also does not work.
