Esc > Equipment > Orbiter > Decorate > Tab to enter "Advanced Mode" > press P for "Clear Room Decoration" then confirm. This will return all of your decorations in the area. You will have to redecorate. You can also try support, but they probably won't help you. You may also be able to get a hold of it by jamming your camera around and pressing R a lot to try and get into Constrained Movement mode. From there you can probably rotate it or move it back into view. Or the final option, you can pretend it doesn't exist and try to forget about it.
