Burston Incarnon Headshots

I've been using the Burston Incarnon consistently for a couple months and notice it struggles to register headshots to charge the incarnon form. Even zooming and getting right up to the enemy doesn't make a significant difference. I can go whole rounds only able to charge the incarnon form once, especially with grineer and infested. I run my Xbox X on wired Ethernet connection with gigabit fiber, so I don't feel like it's lag related. I know it's unlikely, but if support could look in to it that would be great.

thought i was the only one that felt this way, been wanting to enjoy that weapon but haven't been able to because of this i never enjoyed normal burston but i liked the incarnon version a lot but i don't get much time to use it since i cant charge it like i want to. 

 

I'm on Wi-Fi on pc my speed is normally like 300 mbps download sleep and upload is 20mbps and i find this when I'm hosting or not i don't feel a difference
