Can't buy platinum on steam

Just logged in after a long while and I got a 50% on platinum.

I wanted to buy 370 but it doesn't even go to steam overlay (checked with shift+tab and it was on), it just says something went wrong and I didn't get billed (not exact wording).

Tried it on official website and it sends me to steam wallet faq. I only have steam wallet as an option. Any help would be appreciated.

If the Steam Client isnt working try doing the purchase through the Browser, access the Warframe Site, Login, go to Purchase Plat and one of the Payment methods will be Steam, from there it will require you to Login to Steam through the browser too to process.
