No mastery EXP gain after max level of Dorma Hound

As topic, I even max level twice of them (Different core, bracket, and stabilizer), there are still no mastery exp for any of those. Hec Hound was working fine but Dorma was not. This is my first time to make a post, and I do not know how to post with screenshot, but I can provide that by email. Thank you very much.
