Separate sound effects for things like Voca and Caches and game invitations for accessibility options

Okay, so I am pretty hard of hearing and the sound effects of things like caches for bounties Voca from murmur tilesets and game invites are tied to the sound effects option.

Can we please separate these from normal sound effects?  There's so many explosions and things that are really really loud and I have to turn up my volume for any chance to hear the things I actually need which is really bad for my ears/hearing in the long run.

I don't want even more long term damage to my eardrums just to get some standing or have to switch my sound effects everytime a certain type of bounty pops up.

Please consider helping the people that need help with hearing and help them protect their long term health by separate these sound effects.

i have all games turned down to 2% in windows volume mixer and even then many are still ridiculously loud including warframe
