you'll need to check your router in your local network.

and port forward to your ps4.

use your laptop to log into your router.

find the ip address that your ps4 is being assigned. (i don't use ps4, but you should be able to find which ip in it's settings somewhere)

in the router software forward the ports that are defined in warframe's settings to the ip listed as used by the ps4.

make sure you define the forward as UDP.

what Xethier said.

also Google "how to forward ports" or "Forwarding ports for PS4"

look for  some easy step by step instructions

look up a few so you can get some good tips.

EDIT:

on your PS4 go to Settings -> Network -> View connection status.

that will give you all the info on IP address for your PS4

the ports are listed in warframe's network settings.

there are options to change which ports you want to use within warframe.

(if you're running more than one copy of the game locally)

i have 3 pc's here that run WF, so each pc has it's own forwards.

first, determine your ps4's ip address.

by default warframe uses ports 3960 and 3962. both as UDP

(at least on pc, not sure if that default is different on ps4)

check the settings inside warframe to see what it's currently using

in the router settings, forward 3960 and 3962 to the ip address associated with your ps4.

make sure the ports are set as UDP and not TCP (or both)
