General-Use SP Kullervo builds?

 I love Kullervo and I wanna eventually use him but I haven't started working on Kullervo yet outside of installing an Orokin Reactor on him, I have a general idea of what I'd like to do but I wanna see some ideas for recommendations on how to build him. 
Also feel free to throw in some Weapon & Companion suggestions for synergy. I need to build more Weapons lol, especially if I wanna do sorties because they sometimes have weapon restrictions (which ultimately isn't the end of the world but y'know, never hurts to have more Weapons to use).
