I try to keep it as short as possible.

 

Problem:

Weapons with a single high base damage type scale better with mods since mods are percentage based.

Weapons with multiple average base damage types scale worse with mods since mods are percentage based.

 

Solution:

Introduce 2 new weapon mods:

 

1.) "Second Class" - Improves the damage of secondary damage type by 30% per rank (Max Rank 5)

2.) "Third Class" - Improves the damage of tertiary damage type by 60% per rank (Max Rank 5)
