Question Everyone Asks Himself Who Cares About The Magnus

Will there be a dual version? Does DE consider doing it? Or do they wait until they get enough "GIMME DUAL" from 
the community to spontaneously decide to do so (in the case of Vasto)? OR will they wait until everyone has lost hope for a dual version and give his single Magnus a potato and a few formas (like i did with the Lex). I would like to have some clarification.
