Game Crashes Instantly On Startup.

After the latest hotfix, when I press the Play button on the launcher, the game window opens, but then instantly crashes.

I pressed play, a grey grid-screen opened freezing my computer, and throttling my GFX up 20*c.

 

Since restarting, alerts have frozen the UI, starting a mission randomly disconnects the hosts, throws people in random online/offline missions, and Cicero crashes after loading.

 

 

This hotfix did nooooooot help more than it hurt.

I encountered pretty much all of those glitches.  You didn't by chance say no to linking your Warframe account to your Steam profile, did you?  After finally saying yes, the game froze one last time.  After rebooting the game again, I was told to download a hot-fix (which, oddly enough, does not apparently exist).  Re-booting again seemed to solve everything, strangely enough.

I had this problem also, I fixed it by turning off 64 Bit Mode and Multi Threading.

Had the crashing issue as well, but instead it also freezes all applications open that require sound and after I must restart them.

After restarting my computer, I haven't had any more issues.

i cannot even access the game when this update came out the update goes fine then fails ;_;

Been trying to help dombxd414 to get the update to apply to his game for a couple hours.  He says it keeps failing to apply.  He even reinstalled the game from scratch on Steam.  Maybe someone can give him a hand on what to try to get it working.
