DarknightK
So after being stuck with a sh!t phone for 5 years, I decided to upgrade to the Galaxy S4. Everything was working smoothly, until my data provider informed me that I had already used half of my monthly data usage. I checked my Data usage and found that Google Services used 522 MB in the past DAY. Under the Google Services here is a list of what was putting such strain on the data usage: (The processes are cutoff, so I'll do my best to predict what they are) Google Play Serv(ices) Google Services.. Google Account..(Services?) Network Locatio..(n Services?) Google Contact.. (Services?) While browsing online, I found that turning off Location Services should help drastically, however I'm not really seeing it as of yet. A third party program, DisableServices, was also recommended to make sure any apps don't jumpstart any of these processes when I disable them. Can anyone give me their feedback who have/had similar issues?
N7Arthur
Are you sure it wasn't updates? You should make it update only via wifi so you don't waste all your data on updates.

Agreed, especially when phones are new they update a lot. If you can find the settings for restricting it to wi-fi only you'll probably have a better time with that. It's unlikely to be anything dodgy.
