Steam Bind

I dont want to bind warframe to my steam account, How can i get it to stop asking me to do so?

play it outside of steam. I only got that message when i played wf through the steam interface... before that. nada.

It doesn't affect anything - to my knowledge - in terms of limiting you to only Steam or for other things.

 

Even with my account bound, I was able to log in and play normally with the non-steam client.

 

It's only for the Steam Christmas Sale for the Phased items, to link your account means you have the ability to buy/sell/trade those items that are linked to your account, and as far as I know, that's it.

I tried that but whenever i launch warframe steam starts up, or even if im in offline mode it requires steam to be connected to the internet.
