Appearance: A lightly armored male with a hood and cape, also has thermal goggles.

 

Possible abilities:

Discharge: The next shot the target takes will Shock them doing x damage.

Decode: Instantly opens locked doors to escape easily.

Boomerang: Throws a controllable boomerang doing X damage on enemy contact.

Disguise: Makes you turn into the missions faction mob for X seconds.

Mind Wipe: Makes the target go into idle if they are alerted.

Flash: Throws a projectile that will blind enemy for X seconds.

 

Lore: The corpus decided to make a infiltration proxy that can destroy and steal grineer data for revenge during the Formian Invasion. It was found missing, until a tenno recovered it during a Survival mission. He is a fragile frame with mastery of decoding and trickery.

Thats the thing. Exactly. Loki MANIPULATES the battlefield and makes everything in HIS favor. Loki also has stealth. Ash is great at recon, stealth, and combat. Bro..... We have no need whatsoever for your warframe.

First of all, your stats are kind of huge. Even if he DOES have only 9 armor, he'll never have to worry about it with a possible ~1500 shields, and ~900 HP, when modded.

 

Secondly, let's walk through the abilities.

 

Discharge: What does this ability do that the other Tenno can't do for themselves? According to your description, it makes it so that the target takes X shock damage the next time that they are shot. My question here is, why bother? Everyone in the game can achieve this same end just by slapping an element mod on their weapon.

 

Decode: Again, this is something everyone can already do for themselves. People can literally buy a pack of Ciphers for credits in the market, and craft their own bypasses for the locked doors. Even if they don't, the average player can hack through a door in about five - seven seconds. This ability would end up being dropped immediately.

 

Boomerang: This would require the introduction of a brand new control scheme and coding library just for this frame, making it very prohibitive to a developer that likes to release content on a timely basis. Not to mention that you don't really elaborate very well on how this ability would work. How much damage does it do per hit? How is it controlled? Does it work similarly to the Glaive in Dark Sector? Does it have a time limit? We need details.

 

Disguise: Sounds alright, but would only ever see maximum viability in solo play against standard mobs. I imagine this skill would have absolutely no use against bosses, as any kind of offensive action would break the disguise. In co-op play it would be an annoyance, as every other member of your team would start shooting at you thinking your were just a mob, diverting their attention from the actual threat.

 

Mind Wipe: This is so far the only skill you've proposed with some real potential. The only problem here is that, according to your language, it would affect only a single target. The problem is that when an enemy becomes alerted, all other enemies in the vicinity become alerted as well. Make this skill an AoE affected anyone in its radius, and you would be better off.

 

Flash: Excalibur already does this, and does it very well. The skill just isn't unique enough to stand on its own.

 

 

 

Now, looking at the frame as a whole... I'm sorry to say that the role of spy or stealth character has already been filled fairly well by Loki and Ash. The two of them provide very unique, viable gameplay that is already well situated in the warframe universe, and it's not really a niche with a lot more space in it. Sorry, but at this point there just really wouldn't be a lot of use for your nameless frame, or any way for him to stand out among the already established frames.

Discharge also makes there weapons EXPLODE INTO SHOCK

Ciphers are cheap (not in economic)

Boomerang is a faster version of hayden tennos ability to aim his air born glaive.

Flash has a knockdown and enemies will shoot randomly.

Mind wipe has radius then

finally, he is not stealth, hes.... the strategic mental spy frame hybrid guy.

Edit:Disguise has no timer, it will go off when you attack.
